1. The effects are not always instant

2. Healing needs your body to react

We wish we could tell you otherwise but if you are prescribed raw herbs then you should be prepared. The taste can be very bitter. They are however the most potent medicine for your health. Try to visualise the medicinal effects and hold your nose! You can add honey but honestly the best thing to do is just drink it as quickly as you can.'
