• Includes: Full Chinese medicine diagnosis and personalised treatment plan. A herbal prescription may be issued where appropriate.

Prescriptions & Pharmacy

If appropriate, a bespoke herbal formula will be custom-blended by our in-house pharmacy team.

Please note: Herbal medicines and international shipping are charged separately from the consultation fee. Costs vary depending on the prescription and duration of treatment.

• UK Patients: We offer bespoke raw herbs or granules delivered to your door.
• International Patients: We can ship high-quality herbal extracts (granules) internationally, depending on the destination (raw herbs are not shipped outside the UK). We will contact you to discuss available options and delivery considerations before confirming your appointment.

Where appropriate, this may include a herbal prescription—available in powders, capsules, or granules—tailored specifically to your needs. This is often supported by dietary and lifestyle guidance.

For international patients: herbal formulas are supplied as extracts (granules or capsules) only. Raw (dry) herbs are not shipped outside the UK.
