The robust Covid Secure procedures at the AcuMedic Clinic have been swiftly upgraded to protect our staff and patients while we remain open for your acupuncture and plant-based medicine needs.
We respectfully ask you to note the following addition to our Covid Secure policy. We cannot book an appointment if:
A) you are tested positive in the past 28 days, or you are in isolation less than 14 days, counting from the day of your next appointment;
B) you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
1. a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
2. a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
3. a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal. This is to ensure that our Clinic remains 100% safe for everyone as we comply with the Government’s latest tier measures.

In these extraordinary times of social distancing and national lockdowns we are offering you a telephone consultation service.
Over 200 years of clinical experience and 270 different Chinese herbs are still available to you – just a phone call away.
We will call you at a designated time and your personalised herbal prescription will then be formulated and posted to you from London.
To ensure your prescription is precisely tailored to your current health needs you will be asked to fill out a short form and email to us a clear photo of your tongue.
